The Board of Directors operates under a comprehensive set of bylaws, oversees finances, programs and activities of Arizona State Parks Foundation. Through a memorandum of understanding with the State Parks Board, the Director of Arizona State Parks & Trails serves as a non-voting member. Board members are selected from around the state to ensure representation of various regions, local state parks and differing demographic interests.
